Short Term Rentals
The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake is launching a public engagement initiative to gather community and operator feedback on how Short Term Rentals (STRs) are regulated in the municipality.
The engagement includes an online survey and two public information centres, providing residents and licensed STR operators with an opportunity to share their perspectives on the impacts of STRs, overall community support, and potential approaches to licensing limits by type or location.
The online survey will be open from April 20 to May 11 and is available below.
In addition to the survey, the Town will host two Public Information Centres in the Mori Room of the Community Centre (14 Anderson Lane), where attendees can learn more about the review and ask questions:
Public Information Centre #1: Wednesday, April 29, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Public Information Centre #2: Thursday, April 30, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
More information about Short Term Rentals can be found on the Town's website.
