The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake prides itself on continuously striving for customer service excellence in all aspects of service. Despite ongoing impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, Staff remains dedicated to going above and beyond to ensure residents can access Town services in a friendly and efficient manner.
Following the 1-year mark of Town Administration Buildings closing to the public in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Town is seeking public input to help identify where Staff has been successful in adapting customer service delivery to a primarily online model, and where improvements can be made.
This survey is now closed. A summary of the results and next steps will be presented in an Information to Council on April 15, 2021. Thank you for joining the conversation!
