Niagara-on-the-Lake Council is considering a proposal to repeal the current prohibition on parking on Town streets between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m..  Prevention of long-term nuisance parking and parking during snow events (which were the primary purposes of this prohibition) can be controlled using other provisions of the Parking and Traffic By-Law.  What are your thoughts and concerns regarding this proposal?
