The proponent has appealed applications for Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Approval to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT).

Information relating to the planning applications and associated LPAT documents have been loaded to the Document Library.

The Document Library also contains information relating to the proponents objections to the Town’s Notifications of Intention to Designate lands under the Ontario Heritage Act.
