Community Engagement Framework Review
Help Shape How Niagara-on-the-Lake Engages with the Community
The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake is reviewing how it communicates with residents, gathers public feedback, and involves the community in municipal decision-making. We want to hear about your experiences and how you would like to engage with the Town in the future.
Whether you participate in surveys, attend public meetings, provide comments on projects, or simply follow Town updates, your feedback helps shape decisions that impact our community.
Take the Survey
Residents are invited to complete the Community Engagement Survey below by August 4. The survey will help inform the development of a refreshed Community Engagement Framework for the Town.

Why Your Feedback Matters
The Town is committed to continually improving its engagement with residents, businesses, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
Your feedback will help us better understand what is working well, identify barriers to participation, and explore opportunities to make engagement more accessible, meaningful, and effective. The results of this process will help inform recommendations for a refreshed Community Engagement Framework that supports transparent, inclusive, and effective public participation.
