The 2022 - 2026 Council Strategic Plan will develop an intentional roadmap of priorities to achieve the future vision of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Please visit this link to see a visual representation of the draft plan: https://www.notl.com/draft-strategic-plan.
The purpose of this work is to rank the existing 44 priorities and goals. At the June 29th Workshop the results will be discussed and Council will confirm the top 4 in each Pillar. There will also be the opportunity to group items together and reorganize priorities and goals into different pillars.

The 2022-2026 Council Strategic Plan Survey will be open for two (2) weeks, from Thursday, May 18, 2023, to Thursday, June 1, 2023.
The Town's Strategic Plan will develop an intentional roadmap of priorities to achieve the future vision of Niagara-on-the-Lake. The Strategic Plan helps clarify Council's goals and prioritize and focus the direction for the term of Council.
