This survey is for Members of Council only.
The 2022 - 2026 Council Strategic Plan will develop an intentional roadmap of priorities to achieve the future vision of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Please visit this link to see a visual representation of the draft plan: https://www.notl.com/draft-strategic-plan.
The purpose of this work is to rank the existing 44 priorities and goals. At the June 29th Workshop the results will be discussed and Council will confirm the top 4 in each Pillar. There will also be the opportunity to group items together and reorganize priorities and goals into different pillars.
Please complete the ranking exercise below by noon on Monday, June 26, 2023, to share your priorities in advance of the June 29, 2023 Strategic Planning Workshop.
