Niagara-on-the-Lake Comprehensive Parking Study Survey - Businesses and Employees

The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake has retained LEA Consulting Ltd. to complete a Comprehensive Parking Study to address a range of opportunities and challenges across its five (5) urban areas: Old Town, Virgil, Glendale, Queenston, and St. Davids. The study will assess parking needs in the Town to improve how parking is delivered and managed over the long term and to determine whether the current municipal parking supply is appropriate.

This online survey seeks input from local business owners and employees to better understand the current parking conditions and experiences across the Town. A separate survey has been provided for residents and visitors. Business owners/employees may also fill out the resident and visitor survey if it is applicable to them. The purpose of this survey is to identify parking issues and concerns pertaining to businesses to improve future parking operations and better serve the needs of the local community.
