Better bike path along Lakeshore

Any plan improving the bike path between Firelane 11 and the old town along Lakeshore? Not the expensive bike path like Stone Road, but may be few feet wider than it is right now will be very tourist friendly. From Firelane 11 to the bridge, the road is pretty well paved and the area for cyclist is wide enough to keep a distance between car and cyclist. I'm from out of town, just outside of Buffalo ... the only reason I go to NOTL is because my wife drags me there. I'm not a shopper, I have no room in my life for things that look nice and smell nice. Hi Betty and Jamie, At this time staff have not received direction from Council to investigate the optention of a dog park. We are aware of a potential motion coming forward from a Councillor at Monday's Council about this topic. If staff receives direction from Council to seek public consultation a JTC page will be created.
