Urban Forestry Management Community Survey

The urban forest includes all trees and woody vegetation within Niagara-on-the-Lake, such as those in parks, streets, yards, natural areas, and commercial or rural landscapes.

The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake is developing an Urban Forestry Management Plan (UFMP) to guide how trees are protected, planted, and maintained. This survey helps ensure the Plan reflects community priorities and values.

Your feedback will help the Town:

  • Understand community perspectives on trees

  • Identify priorities, concerns, and opportunities

  • Learn which benefits residents value most

  • Inform future policies, programs, investments

  • Guage interest in tree planting and stewardship

By participating in this survey, you are consenting to anonymous comments in reports on the Urban Forestry Management Plan itself.
