Promoting VOF Park

The Voices of Freedom Park is an amazing town-owned heritage park in NOTL. It is beautiful, historic, and engaging. Unfortunately, there is no promotion or signage leading visitors to it. Why doesn't the town and by extension the Chamber/Tourism NOTL promote it and the walking tour?

Engage with Social Media--Have some Fun!

The Town should be more actively involved with social media! Consider engaging more by sharing posts, commenting, and a promoting community organizations that you support financially like the Library, Museum and Shaw. By interacting more with these organizations online it shows that you support these wonderful groups and that the town has a "personality". This will go along way with improving the Towns reputation to residents. You can have fun with social media while also still remaining professional and informing the residents about important information!

Queen Street pilot closures

Just a suggestion for the surveys... perhaps add a comment field so that people can share ideas rather than just tick the available boxes on the survey.In the second survey, question #6(?) asks what was the impact, but I'm not sure which option to select to indicate a positive impact vs a negative impact.I think these tests are hard to say whether they are effective or not because there are other factors. People are just coming back from hard economic times and although they may want to come to NOTL for a getaway, and walk on Queen St, they may…
